Solar Exit is a division of PropAdvisor, a property intelligence company working in county records, permits, and title data every day. We kept meeting the same homeowner: solar on the roof, a payment that never shrank, and a contract nobody would explain.
So we built a team around that one problem — analysts who know how these systems are sold and financed, working alongside independent attorneys who take the fight to the solar company and the lender.

If your contract has nothing wrong with it, we say so on the first call. A free review that always ends in a pitch isn't a review.
