About us
Meet PropAdvisor
We started by helping homeowners understand their property records. Then we kept hearing the same story: families stuck in solar contracts they never fully understood.
That's how Solar Exit was born, and it's still our lead division. We review solar contracts for free, explain them in plain language, and help homeowners figure out what to do next.
Along the way we added brands that solve other everyday home problems, like Poppy Maids for house cleaning. Every brand is openly part of PropAdvisor, and you can reach all of them through one phone number.
We're based in Texas and serve homeowners across the state, in English and Spanish.
