Pick a cloudy day
Direct sun dries cleaner too fast and leaves streaks.
Use a squeegee
Wash with a mild soap solution, then squeegee in one direction and wipe the blade each pass.
Don't forget screens and tracks
Rinse screens and vacuum tracks so dirt doesn't end up back on clean glass.
